From Strategyinformer.com: "Under an NDA, no one can hear a developer scream and until an official announcement is made regarding the yet-to-be-confirmed Alien: Isolation by maybe-developer Creative Assembly and perhaps-publisher Sega, Alien fans can do nothing but speculate. But after the abominable Aliens: Colonial Marines and the uninspired Aliens vs. Predator, gamers are naturally beginning to conclude that videogames based on the popular franchise are best avoided altogether."

"The things staff members wanted to express in the past but couldn't are now possible with today's technology".
This year marks Sega's 30th anniversary, so it only makes sense that the company seems to be going through a bit of a mid-life crisis. After the abysmal reception of Aliens: Colonial Marines earlier this year and yet another batch of tepid review scores for the company's long put-upon mascot Sonic, Sega is now turning towards its fans and requesting their input and ideas for future console remakes and re-releases.

Alien Rage - Unlimited Review | HAL

Added: 05.10.2013 14:17 | 16 views | 0 comments

Ross Hartley: "Alien Rage - Unlimited is a disaster. The core gameplay is functional but everything else about the game is just wrong. It is one of those games that is so plain and generic that it hurts. The game is less than the sum of its parts. The complete lack of variety and awful multiplayer further sink Alien Rage into being one of the year's worst. It may be only $20 but there are so many better shooters out there, why on earth would you bother with this? Even Aliens: Colonial Marines is better and that says a lot!"
